Legal Disclaimer

By enrolling in any program, event, or activity hosted by Aspire Higher USA Wrestling Club (“the Club”), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Aspire Higher USA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All information collected, fees paid, and participation in Club-related activities are governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable state and federal law.

Basic Terms of Participation

  1. Eligibility

    • All participants must be properly registered and have signed all required forms (e.g., waivers, media release, code of conduct).

    • Participants must meet age and skill requirements for the selected program or event.

  2. Conduct

    • Athletes, parents, and spectators are expected to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times.

    • Aspire Higher USA reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant or guardian who disrupts programming or violates Club policies.

  3. Waivers and Releases

    • Participation requires acceptance of liability waivers and acknowledgment of risks associated with physical activity.

    • Parents/guardians accept responsibility for ensuring their athlete is physically able to participate safely.

  4. Refund Policy

    • Please refer to our official Refund Policy for detailed guidelines. Refunds are only available under specific conditions and may require documentation.

  5. Media Release

    • By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for photos or videos of their child to be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted.

  6. Privacy

    • Personal information collected during registration is used solely for program coordination, emergency communication, and Club updates. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

  7. Injury and Medical Attention

    • In the event of an injury, Club staff will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent/guardian and may seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. Aspire Higher USA is not liable for medical expenses incurred.

  8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • The Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. A credit or partial refund may be issued at the Club’s discretion.

What These Terms Cover

These Terms and Conditions apply to all:

  • Club practices and training sessions

  • Tournaments and competition travel

  • Wrestling camps, clinics, and special events

  • Online registrations, payments, and data collection

  • Use of facilities, equipment, and coaching services

  • Communications between Club staff and families

Agreement

By submitting registration, completing payment, or participating in any Aspire Higher USA program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. It is your responsibility to review them regularly and stay informed of updates.
