All program fees, donations, and registration payments directly support the operational costs and mission of our youth development programs. By enrolling your child or making a payment to Aspire Higher USA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy. Aspire Higher USA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy Overview
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, because our club allocates resources and staffing based on anticipated enrollment, and incurs many costs prior to the start of programming, we follow a structured refund policy to ensure financial responsibility and fairness to all participants.
What is Included in This Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to:

Seasonal registration fees

Training program fees
 - 
Camp or clinic fees
 - 
Tournament entry fees (if paid through the club)

Uniform or gear package fees (if applicable)
 
Medical Withdrawals
Participants who must withdraw due to injury or illness may be eligible for a prorated refund or future program credit, subject to:

Submission of a valid doctor’s note

Written notification to the club within 7 days of the incident
